Our sauces are curated by Pietro Leemann, Italy’s only and first-ever European Michelin-starred vegetarian chef since 1996.
His quest for a harmonious simplicity has been infused into all our recipes.

We’re the bearers of a century-old food culture based on traditions, fresh ingredients, simple yet careful preparations.

Italian pasta making is a miraculous blend of sun, soil produce, water and craftsmanship and we want this coming together of the earthly and the human to be with you untainted and uncompromised.
Drawing from the very core of the Italian tradition of pasta cooking, our sauces are 100% proudly vegetarian and change according to seasonal produce.
Our pasta is low-fat, unrefined and 100% freshly made especially for us by a master Italian artisan with high quality grains.
It is slow dried at a low temperature to prevent thermal stresses, to preserve its high natural viscosity and low stickiness and to ensure the best boiling results.
Also, it is also very easy to digest, because it contains inulin, a natural fiber that balances your bacterial flora.
It may be easy to say we care for the planet, but that’s exactly what we do.
Not only our ingredients are 100% organic, but all our processes are environment-friendly and sustainable.
Also, our packaging materials are recycled, recyclable and reusable.
